Hey everyone, just waiting on my electric Genesis rental car to charge up before I drop it back off at the airport so I figured I'd film a little update here. I've spent this week in Saint Louis meeting with dealers. 1 specifically told me that they felt quote abandoned by their DMS support and that's why they gave us a call. One of the pillars that Dominion DMS is built on is client engagement from beginning and continued on throughout your lifetime. As our client, we're going to continue to stay engaged with you between pre implementation. The on site training and consulting that we do for you, optimization team that you get assigned and then even a customer success manager for continued consulting, training, getting your feedback, just making sure you're getting the most out of the system that you've chosen for your team. So if this is something that you're not getting currently, maybe give us a call, see what we are doing differently and how we can help your team stay engaged and give them a better experience with the DMS.
