🚀 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗲! 🚀 Earlier this month, the Reonic team came together for our Barcelona offsite. With most of our team having less than 8 months of tenure, we knew that one of the key areas to focus on was aligning our goals and expectations. Rather than overloading the agenda, we decided to concentrate on what truly matters now: 𝗯𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗿𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆. Here are some insights we gained: 1️⃣ 𝗘𝗺𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: First offsite comes with its challenges, but when you have a team with great intentions, you find that everyone rallies together to overcome them. It's not about perfection—it's about progress. 2️⃣ 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀: While spontaneity has its place, a solid structure is key. We made a few last-minute changes to the agenda—some worked wonders, others... well, let’s just say they kept us on our toes! 😄 3️⃣ 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗱, 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿? 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸 𝗔𝗴𝗮𝗶𝗻!: We anticipated the team would crave more fun, but the 40/60 work-to-fun ratio wasn’t enough! Our team wanted more workshops, which was an incredible surprise and a testament to their drive and passion. 4️⃣ 𝗟𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿: Keep everyone close! The bonding was so strong that no one wanted to leave early, which made the logistics a bit tricky. Lesson learned—next time, everyone stays within walking distance! 5️⃣ 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝘀 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴: Our commitment to hiring based on cultural addition paid off. The connections made were genuine, and it felt more like a getaway with friends than a work trip. By the last day, no one wanted it to end—a true testament to our aligned values! This offsite was more than just an event; 𝗶𝘁 𝘄𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿. Looking forward to many more! 💪 #teamwork #companyculture #offsite #leadership #growth

🧑🏽🤝🧑🏼 𝗝𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝘂𝗽 𝗮 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 resulting in ... we might just quit our day jobs – and become professional swamp-crossers. 😅 Seriously, though, 3 days of brainstorming 💡, bonding 🤝, and beating the odds (and each other at various challenges) was exactly what we needed. Kudos to the incredible team at the lovely Ritzenhof 4*S - Hotel und SPA am See, where the Riedlsperger family & staff redefined what it means to go above & beyond. 6 out of 5 stars? Yep, that's what we’re giving them, and trust us, the food alone earned at least 3 of those stars. 🍽️💯 From brainstorming future projects (hush-hush 🤫) to taking on team challenges, we had it all: spectacular views, laughter, and Roland, our guide who deserves a medal 🥇 for putting up with us! 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁: Crossing a "swamp" using 4 beams. No problem, right? Plot twist: one beam was too short. 💡 After heated discussions, Charlotte's fearless moves, Hanjo channeling his inner Hercules, and Roland’s strategic nudges, we made it across (let's not talk about the speed though … 🐢). And let’s not forget the Giant Swing. 🎢 Heights ranged from "not too bad" to "did I just touch a cloud?" – everyone survived & had a blast! So why did we do it all? 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Check. 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺-𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆: Double-check. 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗼𝗻𝗱𝘀: Nailed it. Or maybe … just maybe, we did it for a little fun in the sun. 🌞 Stay tuned - for the reveal of what we've been cooking up!💡 #teamevent #teambuilding

100 KMS ! 🏃♂️ Endurance, Team Spirit, and the Pursuit of Excellence: Lessons from this OXFAM Ardennes Trail 🏞️🏃♂️💪 This weekend, I had the extraordinary opportunity to participate in a sportive event that tested the limits of endurance, teamwork, and personal resolve. I embarked on a 100 km trail run through the rugged terrains of the Belgian Ardennes — a journey that began under the morning sun and culminated during the night. 🌟 Engagement: Committing to this trail was more than just a physical challenge; it was a testament to engagement. Engagement to a goal, to a team, and to a mindset that embraces the rigorous demands of such a daunting endeavor. 🚀 Surpassing Our Limits: The trail was a powerful metaphor for the business journey. There were moments of fatigue when the path seemed endless, mirroring the challenges we face in our professional lives. Yet, it was the collective spirit, the unwavering support, and the shared vision that propelled us forward, enabling us to surpass our perceived limits. As we navigated the day-to-night transition, our team's morale was the beacon that guided us. The solidarity we built, the encouragement shared, and the sheer will to succeed were reflective of the core values that drive Square Management Belgium. This experience was a vivid illustration of what we can achieve when we apply the principles of sports—engagement, training, and surpassing our limits—to our corporate ethos. It reinforces the belief that with a dedicated team, a well-strategized plan, and an unyielding drive, there are no heights we cannot scale, both personally and professionally. I'm proud to bring these insights back to our company (Square Management), where we continuously strive to embody these very principles. Let's keep pushing boundaries, supporting each other, and achieving greatness together. #TeamSpirit #Resilience #CorporateWellness #Leadership #Engagement

When we launched The INS Group, growing our team was central to our vision for amplifying our impact. We recognized early on that investing in people would be critical to our success, and this decision has directly contributed to our 25 years of growth and longevity. To attract and retain such talented individuals, we prioritized offering benefits that matter—flexible schedules, life-work balance, remote work options, and, most importantly, meaningful projects that align with our mission. Additionally, we invested in systems and platforms to enhance efficiency and productivity, ensuring our team could thrive. Many organizations struggle to justify the cost of growing their team, yet the value of investing in the right individuals for the right roles, paired with the right systems, cannot be overstated. This investment always yields significant returns in terms of impact and sustainability. As we celebrate our 25th anniversary, we are also celebrating our team! We encourage other organizations to prioritize investments in people and intentional team growth to support sustainability.

🌟 Reflecting on Our Crack-ED Offsite: A Blend of Learning, Fun, and Meaningful Conversations! 🌟 Recently, we embarked on an exhilarating journey with our team during our much-anticipated office offsite. It was a perfect amalgamation of learning, bonding, and sheer enjoyment that left a lasting impact on all of us. From engaging in lively discussions about our company Crack-ED to participating in spirited dance-offs and cricket matches, every moment was filled with energy and enthusiasm. But amidst all the fun, there were invaluable lessons that I personally took away from this enriching experience. Here are a few key insights that resonated with me: - Focus on Your Goals: In the journey towards achieving our goals, setbacks are inevitable. But what truly matters is our ability to stay focused and resilient. We discussed the importance of not letting temporary failures demotivate us. Instead, we should embrace them as learning opportunities and keep pushing forward, exploring alternative paths until we reach our destination. Ultimately, success is not about the specific path we choose, but rather our unwavering commitment to achieving our objectives. Our offsite wasn't just about recreation; it was a platform for growth, connection, and self-discovery. I'm grateful for the opportunity to learn from my colleagues, bond with them, and emerge stronger as a team. Here's to more such enriching experiences and continued growth! And special thanks to Debojit Sen Akash Anand Pawan Kumar

As I sit down to write this, I am filled with a profound sense of gratitude. Three years ago, I embarked on an extraordinary journey with CLEAR, stepping into a leadership team to establish our local site from the ground up. This venture was filled with ambition, creativity, and the collective spirit of making the impossible possible. From the very first day, we were on a mission to innovate and create, crafting major software projects with passion and dedication. These projects not only pushed the boundaries of technology but also set new standards for excellence within our industry. It was a journey of growth, learning, and countless memorable moments that I will treasure forever. Yet, all journeys have their destinations, and it is with a bittersweet heart that I share our corporate decision to close the local site. This decision does not diminish the incredible work we have done together. Instead, it serves as a testament to our resilience, innovation, and the indomitable spirit of our team. As we prepare to close this chapter, I am still here, supporting our local team and the corporate in tying up loose ends and ensuring a smooth transition over the next three weeks. I want to extend my deepest gratitude to: Our amazing team, whose talent and dedication were the driving force behind the site's success. Your hard work and commitment have been nothing short of inspiring. The wonderful colleagues at corporate for their unwavering support throughout our journey together. Your partnership has been invaluable And last but not least, the Site leadership partners, Oren Shtark and Jonathan (Yoni) Mor, without whom none of this magic would have turned into reality. Though the office doors may be closing, the bonds we've formed, the lessons we've learned, and the achievements we've celebrated will forever remain a part of who we are. Thank you everyone for being a part of this incredible journey. #Gratitude #Reflection #NewBeginnings #Teamwork #Innovation #CLEAR As for what's next, I'm open to new opportunities, and there's no better way to explore them than by biking.

My personal goals for my first year as the Executive Director of B Lab Germany were: 1) Stabilise our team by making our organisation a great place to work ☺️ We standardised all working contracts, published a transparent salary & career progress pathway 💷 installed multiple benefits like the #DeutschlandTicket 🚅 removed the personal financial burden of needing to reimburse expenses by setting up a corporate credit card system with Moss, sourced and built up our own office from scratch in a central location in #Berlin with good public transport connections to be a comfortable and pleasant place to work (adjustable equipment, a place to rest, many snacks from #Bcorps etc.), and moved accountants to ba tax so we could better integrate with our HR software from Personio. The team also got flexible public holidays (10), additional parental leave (40 days fully paid for second parents), a no-meetings Friday policy, plus we now close the office over Christmas. We also implemented new ways of communication and management, inspired from the #EntrepreneursOperationSystem which means we have weekly check-ins and check-outs that have helped address and ratify big painful issues. This operating system provided a process for building a 10-year vision, yearly goals, and quarterly ROCKS, aligning the team on a clear path forward while giving them the freedom to decide how to achieve it. 2) The next goal was to bring in good people to make sure we could actually achieve our goals and vision. When I started it was me at 90%, Mathieu Mohorcic (he/his) ☁ at 70% in BD+Certification, Annika Wohlert 100% split between Community and Communications, Marie Fries as a working student helping n BD, and Heiko Mitzkus 1 day per month helping with #BLeaders. Since then we discovered and developed Chongo Kasanda to first build a process for our Supervisory Board election, and then get our organisation compliant (see many of the points above), Lea E. Lassak to launch and build the #BCommunity online platform, Pauline Staats to make it easier for companies to certify on the standard approach, Chiara Lavinia Neri to help large and complex companies certify more easily, Estelle Lauvergne to evolve B Leader training into a group that can support us in certification growth, Armelle Duvieusart joined to restore faith with our community of B Corps, while Heiko Mitzkus transitioned to be the yin to my yang and translated my vision into action while at the same time filtering me from overwhelming the team. Joachim Hesse was a true entrepreneur and brought to life our certification bootcamp program called #MessenWasZahlt Karry Schwettmann and @Gina stal were big helps too covering for some absences. 3) The final goal overall was to professionalise, rebuild trust with B Corps, and deliver exceptional value to them, setting us up for a bright future together. This photo from IMPACT FESTIVAL symbolises the achievement of these three goals. Thank you to all who contributed 🙏🏿

Delighted to share a remarkable moment in Breezeline's journey: the South Florida Business Journal's "2024 Best Places to Work Awards" ceremony.
