Fresh water access is more critical than ever, especially when acquiring or developing farmland. Natural water sources like rivers, creeks, and ponds—man-made if necessary—not only support sustainable farming but also ensure the land's long-term value and resilience against changing climate conditions. Without reliable water, crops suffer, livestock struggles, and property value can decline. That's why considering water resources is essential in every land investment. At Old Drake, we prioritize these factors to help you make the most informed decisions for your land's future.
