Provider Connect Australia™ (PCA™) received international recognition in a study published in the United States by BMC Health Services Research: https://lnkd.in/gyt8j2JR The study examined the consistency of provider information in US national health plan provider directories and found consistency measures for some disciplines as low as 9–14%. It found that some international governments ran centralised national provider directories which also had inaccuracies.
