What’s Your Plan for the Weekend? I’ll bet I know the answer.. So, What’s Your Plan for the Weekend? Are you using this time to keep pushing forward, or are you hitting pause and giving your competition a chance to pull ahead? Saturday and Sunday make up nearly 30% of your year —104 days out of 365. That’s a lot of time to waste if you’re expecting to achieve big things. Believing you can take 30% of your life off and still come out on top? That’s total bullshit. While you’re relaxing, someone else is out there getting after it. Will your weekends be the reason you fall behind —or the reason you get rich? “Ask yourself WHY you want something but refuse to act in congruence with achieving it. Either say NO to achievement OR dig in and get to the bottom of the persistent incongruence between what you say and what you do. It is OK to admit you are not willing to pay the price – and by doing so, that will stop self-sabotage." – Dan Kennedy Have a great weekend :)

Do you want to get ahead on a Friday? Choose the most uncomfortable option of the task you have to do today. Need to connect with a client or donor? Call them instead of email or text. Need to ask your boss something? Go see them in person. Want to start a Bible study with a friend? Ask them clearly and directly. Do you need to workout? Do a harder workout, there’s a good chance you won’t work out on Saturday or Sunday so don’t believe that lie. What do you do on Fridays to get ahead? To propel you into a weekend feeling good about the next week?

My Friday vibe. It’s been that kinda week (yes - I'm being dramatic). Some quick tips on resetting: I remind myself of two of my favorite quotes. "this too shall pass" and "today is the day you worried about yesterday . Was it worth it". Those two quotes center me and work to remind me that the storm always passes by and the situation is NEVER as bad as my mind makes it out to be. Once I am centered I go searching to refill my cup. I seek friends, family, nature, workouts, my garden - energy giving activities and situations that help me replenish my reserves. Then before the new week begins, I 'circle the wagons' and identify what went wrong last week. Which items were in my control, which weren't. I work to develop a game plan to act and more importantly REACT to drive a different set of results . I walk in reenergized, positive and with a plan. My approach isn't perfect but it always helps. Have a wonderful weekend. #ownyouroutcomes

🌅 #Feel-Good Friday: Time to Rest and Recharge This week may have tested your resilience, your energy, and maybe even your patience. If it feels like you’ve been pushing uphill, you’re not alone. Remember, rest is not a reward—it’s a necessity. Today, let’s give ourselves permission to pause. Take a deep breath, let go of what didn’t go as planned, and acknowledge all that you accomplished, big or small. 🌱 Resting isn’t just about recharging; it’s about honoring the effort you put in every day. We need these moments to keep showing up at our best. So, this weekend, let’s trade “hustle” for “restore.” Turn off the notifications, take that extra-long walk, connect with loved ones, or just enjoy a few quiet hours for yourself. 🦋 You’ve earned it. Here’s to a restful, rejuvenating weekend! Happy Friday! ✨ 🌞#FeelGoodFriday #RestAndRecharge #SelfCareMatters #TakeABreak

I'm comfortable in my shell. Are you? As the weekend arrives, here are three signs you might be too: 1. You embrace solitude: Time alone over the weekend isn’t lonely; it’s your chance to recharge, reflect, and connect with your thoughts. #IntrospectionMatters 2. You’re selective with energy: You decide when to relax and when to socialise, valuing quality over quantity and trusting your own wisdom. #HealthyBoundaries 3. You trust your own judgement: For me, intellectual autonomy is key—choosing weekend plans that align with my values and independent thinking is a way of living true to myself. #SelfAssurance How are you planning to spend your weekend—recharging or connecting with others? I’d love to hear your thoughts! Have a good one!

I’m a bit of an expert on number 4… Here are some learnings from Tiktok in the last few days: 1. Instagram changed its algorithm just a few days ago to help smaller brands and creators reach a wider audience. Original content will now be prioritized (instead of the previously favoured reposted content) in Explore, Reels and Feed Recommendations. Your content will be shown to a small audience who IG predicts will like this content. If the audience interacts with this content, it will be shown to a larger audience. Focus on producing quality and engaging content. Source: https://lnkd.in/gr3GmWWj 2. TikTok’s Creator Search Insights: use this to identify your audience’s frequently searched topics. Apart from inspiring your next content, you should be using these keywords/phrases in your video as onscreen text, actually saying them, or in your caption to optimize your search ranking on Tiktok. Source: https://lnkd.in/gMs8hTVP 3. Instagram wants you to use Threads. The content you post on Threads will be featured to users that have expressed interest in similar content you’re posting. Source: https://lnkd.in/g86S3crS Ps - my last two brain cells cause I’ve spent too long on Tiktok: Braincell 1: I’m working late, cause I’m a singer Braincell 2: I cry a lot but I am so productive, it’s an art
All it takes is 5 minutes to turn around your day! 🙌 This Monday, why not take some time out of your day to refocus and recenter to make your week even better. 🔥
