We’re thrilled to announce that the first AI for Changemakers Bootcamp is oficially up and running! 🌟 Last week, we welcomed an extraordinary cohort of 10 disaster management organizations: Shaqodoon Organization, GNDR, ACAPS, Balcony.io, Start Network, Cadena.ngo, Humanitarian OpenStreetMap Team, World Institute on Disability, Disaster Tech Lab, Mercycorps.org. For the next 6 weeks, these organizations will engage in intensive training sessions led by our stellar trainers. A big thank you to our first expert trainers Tymoteusz Olszewski, Jean-Luc Momprivé, Papa Akuffo, Krystian Bergmann for their invaluable contributions! But our support doesn’t end with the bootcamp. We’re committed to backing these organizations for the next 2 years, ensuring they harness the full potential of AI in their critical missions. 🌍💡 The first week's biggest question was: "How do we ensure we do no harm while applying AI in life-saving contexts?"
