🌟 Thrilled to announce that I've just completed the ITIL® course on LinkedIn Learning! 🌟 This course was an incredible journey through the world of IT service management, and it provided me with a strong foundation in both ITIL® v3 and ITIL® 4. Here’s a bit of what I learned: ITIL® v3: Even though it’s retired as a certification path, ITIL® v3 remains a cornerstone in many organizations. I gained a deep understanding of the service lifecycle, the various processes and functions that support IT services, and the critical roles, technologies, and automation strategies that keep IT running smoothly. ITIL® 4: The course also delved into ITIL® 4, which builds on the previous version by emphasizing flexibility and value creation. I explored the four dimensions of service management, the service value system, and the service value chain. I also learned about the guiding principles and practices that are essential for modern IT management. Certification Insights: Lastly, the course provided valuable tips on ITIL® certification, giving me a clear path forward as I pursue further certifications. A big shoutout to David Pultorak for delivering this comprehensive and engaging course!
