You know what, actually I was opposite for my parents again and what I realized when I started my company, it's like focus on the things that you're very good at and just hire on everybody else to come in and fill the spots where you're not so good at. So that's really what we had to do here to build and scale and grow and, and everything else. Nice, nice. I like it. So you guys, you went, you met your partner in Vancouver and you guys decided to focus in on multifamily. Walk me through, you know, there's a ton of different asset classes in real estate. Which is one of the reasons I love it so much. Walk me through the thought process that you guys kind of went through to arrive at multifamily. And then also how you guys chose to move away from from Canada even though you know, you guys are based there and going to Florida. Yeah, well, one of the things I really got us excited from from day one was, you know, you're pretty much a negative cash flow here in Vancouver, especially when you're dealing with multi family on a single family home, you know, you're you're looking at buying. Property for let's say $800,000, you're renting it out for maybe 20, three, $2500 a month, you know what I'm saying? So it's, it's really, really not the best investment, but it is for capital appreciation. So a lot of people that invest here, they're looking at it with that mindset. But we thought, hey, this is, you know, Canadians are very happy with the 6% average annualized return six to seven. I mean, if you're talking anything plus 10, it's very exciting. So we thought, hey, we, we could, we could help a lot of people. In Canada, by setting up a streamline efficient, tax efficient investment process so they can actually get their hands on US real estate, be relieved from all the pain points that Canadians have when investing across borders because there's a lot of them. Yeah. So what we did was we're like, you know what, let's let's do this, Let's start, let's start here in Canada and create, create a total investment process. And we did that. And it all started off with educating Canadian investors about, you know, how to access multifamily. In the US that there is gonna be cash flow, there's gonna be this great returns, 15 plus percent. Our biggest pain point from day one was really that Canadian thought it was too good to be true until we started closing on deals that it really got people excited. People started talking, started speaking across platform, on platforms all across Canada, all across the US and really started creating a big buzz. And that's where we, our investor community started growing. We educated, we, we, I mean, we started growing our database for good a good year before we actually close on our first. Institutional multifamily asset because we're really focused on that 150 plus doors. We're really focused on that garden style, resort style, you know, has the fitness center, has the pools, has that on site office. And that's what we educated for for probably again, a good over maybe about a year and got investors excited and said, hey, if we bring a deal to the table, would you be willing to invest and investors, we had it. We had quite the database in our personal residential, but it was. So changing their mindset from being active investors really to, you know, giving a $50,000 check, $100,000 check to be a passive investor alongside us. So we really had to work on building that trust with investors before closing on our first deal.
