Tony Robbins. Rich Dad, Poor dad, changed my life. Let's get another one, since that one is a very common one. Yeah, the purple. I mean, look, I've read so many. I mean, honestly, what I'm reading right now that I find really interesting is Never Split the Difference by Chris, but I'm reading it right now. Oh my God, be more kind, be more compassionate, have more empathy. You never know what somebody is going through. You never know how a smile, you know, a hug, you know, some kind words could lift somebody up when they're down. Well, the best investment I ever made is in real estate, but it's not the real estate that you think. It's the real estate between my two ears. No, it's great. It's the best investment you make in yourself between your two ears. Well, the worst investment I ever made was well one was a venture capital that I put money in and I was doing it because I wanted to be accepted by the people running it and have proximity to them and and everybody else I knew was doing it and. And I knew that I shouldn't do it, but I did it anyway. And I was right, I shouldn't have done it. Wow. And well, it keeps going up. You know, I mean, like put it this way, 10 million liquid is earning 5% right now. And so that's 500,000 a year. And I know how to earn more than that. But I look, I'm going to expand this and I know that this is a rapid fire thing, but I think people need to target 10 million retirement savings. Like I see this stuff like, you know, hey, if you're retire at 60. The $1,000,000, how long is it gonna last? It's not gonna last long. So like I would, I would be very uncomfortable with 10 million, less than 10 million. My mom, she passed in 2015. I miss her. Ohh, gosh, I don't know. I mean, I would probably be teaching something because in my heart, like I have the heart of a teacher and I'm passionate about a lot of things. And so I probably find something that I could share with other people and, and, and, and probably start doing it for free. But when demand would go up, I would need to charge money. And that's what great educators do. Street smart any day of the week. I mean look I was book smart for 17 years with two degrees that it made me 10,000 a month. You know, when I became business smart, which might be another word for street smart, I made 10s of millions of dollars in the last two decades. So street smart any day of the week. There's a saying that Robert Kiyosaki has that A students work for C students, and I can't say it's true, but it occurs to me that there's some evidence of that being true. Well, I would put it into multifamily real estate because I think we're at a great time to do that and I've done that already several times and it's my area of expertise. And that's where I would put my money.
