The standout? Definitely Tennant Company X4 ROVR Cobotic. It's thrilling to see a trusted partner like Tennant make strides in the cobotic space. We also had the chance to connect with our friends at Metsä Tissue Kimberly-Clark Biological Preparations SC Johnson and Selden Research Ltd. The future looks bright with innovative time-saving and carbon-reducing products on the horizon. 🌍 Amidst the bustle of the show, I've found moments for deeper reflection. Life, with its mix of personal, family, and work challenges, sometimes feels overwhelming. Last night, a simple reminder of the importance of resilience—and the equally vital need to let go and be vulnerable…some old friends letting me know they are always there… you know who you are. Writing here, sharing these snippets of life and business, is part of how I navigate these waters. As MSC grows, so too do the pressures. The changes we've implemented range from fundamental to cosmetic, each steering the business through both expected and surprising evolutions. I’m not the same person I was, and that’s the reality of growth and getting older. Some changes I welcome, others I’m trying learn how to accept. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲: bring together Manual.to users to share their experiences, exchange best practices and contribute insights to help improve the overall user experience. This time, attendees were given an exclusive tour of the STAS production area. They saw firsthand how Manual.to is fully embedded into their daily operations and how we contributed in their journey to becoming a #FactoryOfTheFuture. After the production walk, Lander Van Parys (STAS Trailers) & Farrukh Ali (Tosca) shared their learnings with Manual.to. To recap their key tips: 😊 Effectively using 𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗷𝗶𝘀 in work instructions – and be consistent. 📝 The importance of 𝘀𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗶𝘁𝘆. 💡Get people on board by explaining the 𝘄𝗵𝘆 behind your decision! Another inspiring Slush 2024 but also returned with some food for thought. 🔍 The energy and innovation showcased were undeniable, yet I noticed a slight shift—a move from grassroots discovery, to a more structured, corporate-driven atmosphere where the emphasis seems to be on larger, well-established players and streamlined deal-making processes. Question: Are we losing the magic of raw, untapped ideas in favor of industrialized deal-making? 🤔 But hey, this is just from my POV. Still, the event highlights why entrepreneurship is still vital: tackling challenges and shaping of a, fingers crossed, better future. Slush remains a hub for meaningful professional connections with bold ambitions, a place to meet great friends and make new acquaintances. 🙏🏽
