Delivering AI awareness training is about much more than just showing people the incredible tools which are out there... 👀✨ For a lot of businesses I deliver AI awareness and skills training to, the world of AI is actually quite daunting. 😟🤖 Some people hear the term and start to worry about robots (of the SkyNet variety) or job displacement. 🛑⚙️ Others are concerned about data protection, privacy, and security. 🔒📊 Some worry their teams (or their kids) will use the tools to cut corners and lose their ability to think critically about the work they are doing. 🧠❓ Many simply feel overwhelmed with the pace that technology has changed in their lifetime. ⏩🌐 These are all very valid concerns, which deserve to be acknowledged, discussed, and considered. 💬🤝 My job is to give space for these thoughts to come out, so that we can collectively take a solutions-focused approach to mitigate these challenges and areas of doubt. 🛠️✅ I do that through: 📚 Clear and accessible explanations of foundational concepts in AI. 🗣️ Giving everyone a platform to anonymously share their thoughts. 💡 Finding real-life examples of how the tools can create value in your field of work. 🤔 Supporting everyone in the room to 'think generatively,' so they can spend more time doing the work that matters most. AI technologies are going to continuously improve over the coming weeks, months, and years.
