It is interesting to see that 5 out 10 top ranked journals (based on SJR) in the category of Civil and Structure Engineering (among 335 journals) is purely Transportation Engineering focused. As a Transportation Engineer, it is very motivating to see the high contribution of Transportation Engineering research in high quality/impactful science production within the domain of Civil and Structural Engineering. Institution of Structural Engineers (IStructE) Survey on 'Understanding Structural Behaviour' - Graduate Engineer Version This survey is aimed at Graduate Civil Engineers and Graduate Structural Engineers with up to / including 5 years of industry experience, who actively carry out structural analysis as part of their role. By completing the survey, you will help us to understand which topics relating to 'Understanding of Structural Behaviour' you think are essential for Graduate Engineers, as well as which of these topics Graduate Engineers feel confident in using (or tend to struggle with, as the case may be). It is anticipated that the findings of this survey, and associated recommendations, will be presented to the JBM (Joint Board of Moderators) who accredit Civil / Structural Engineering degrees in the UK, and shared with universities across the UK.
