Why is it so important to shadow your peers, even as an experienced rep? I reflected on this today, coming back from a kickboxing sparring session. I’m new-ish to the sport, and although having played American football and done BJJ, I knew… I was going to be dominated by a 15-year-old Latvian kid. No matter my size or strength. (This is not a hypothetical 🤣) Why? Because the kid has time in the game and practice in the field, this will always beat “theory”. Constant practice is then key to developing and maintaining any new skill. So, befriend and shadow your experienced peers. SDRs, AEs, and CX. Understand what drives their success. We are never done learning! #ae #sdr
