Connecting different pipe materials, or old and new pipes maybe? These are the way to go. Synoflex flange adaptors are restraint couplings that have a high tolerance range. It is used to load and discharge cargo in combination with a secondary valve. 2 Main styles of Footvale : Cleanflow or Highlift. It comes with an alloy 625 valve seat as standard to minimize the risk of crevice corrosion and reduce associated M&R costs. Cleanflow: The Cleanflow footvalve does not protrude into the tank. When the valve is open , the poppet does not obstruct the discharge orifice , so the cargo discharges faster.
