"Are we there yet?" Our recent trip to Pondicherry was an absolute blast! After a fun-filled day, we decided to explore the streets in search of a cozy spot for dinner. It took a bit of wandering through resorts and small shops, but we finally found the perfect place to enjoy a delicious meal. As we walked back to our stay, my eldest asked the classic question: "Are we there yet?" My response: "Not yet." In many ways, this echoes our journey through life. We often know our destination but aren't sure when we'll arrive. We keep asking our leaders and peers, "Are we there yet?" Setting up SMART goals and defining clear milestones is the key.
