Making calls in Microsoft Teams is easy! Use the dial pad to call any number, type names to call individuals, or enter multiple names/numbers for group calls. Potential contacts appear in a dropdown as you type. Note: On laptops with touch screens, use the keyboard to enter numbers. Technology can be both powerful and fun, and I recently had the opportunity to experience both firsthand! Using TE-SYSTEMS anynode, I was able to set up Microsoft Teams Direct Routing with my home phone line and create an auto-attendant that converts text to speech. But here's the best part: I programmed the IVR/auto-attendant with a mini bio of my 8-year-old daughter. When she called the home phone line and heard her own bio, she was both surprised and confused!
