We are excited to announce a new #wellness initiative at Avrioc Technologies: Desk Yoga! 🧘♂️🧘♀️ In a world that never stops, it is imperative for us to take a moment to refocus, relax and rejuvenate! Last month, Avrioc celebrated #InternationalYogaDay, by organizing “#DeskYoga” for our associates to improve their posture, reduce muscle stress and increase productivity right at their workstations. It was fulfilling to see our associates participate in this wellbeing session and embrace our initiative of making Avrioc “a healthier and happier workplace”. Weekly yoga sessions are wonderful, but are employees so overwhelmed that they can't take the time to stand up and move for 5-10min 2-3x a day? Annual fitness/wellness stipends are cool, but is the team so stressed by their work that their personal life and relationships are suffering? Meditation workshops can be very valuable, but are steps being taken to ensure there's no pressure to return to work ASAP when coping with illness or loss?
