The Husky robot is a unmanned grounded vehicle (UGV) developed by Clearpath Robotics by Rockwell Automation designed for complex environments. The video shows the Husky Observer, an integration on the Husky for inspection applications, inspecting 2 different sites. A cool aspect is that driving paths are predefined before the start of the mission and can be teleoperated when needed. They have unveiled the Husky A300 with some major upgrades: 🔹 100 kg payload capacity 🦾allowing it to carry extensive equipment, enabling applications in data-heavy fields like autonomous inspection & material transport 🔹 Doubled the top speed to 4.4 mph🏎️ 🔹 4X run time (now up to 12 hours)🔋 🔹 IP54 rating making it applicable to more terrains in different weather conditions.☁️ They also offer turnkey packages such as manipulator packages where the Husky is mounted with 1 or 2 robotic arms.
