🦠 Rabies is a serious viral disease that can affect mammals, including humans, and is typically transmitted through bites or scratches from an infected animal. Rabies can also be contracted if the saliva from an infected animal comes into contact with the mucous membranes (eyes, nose or mouth). Chief Inspector Jaco Pieterse talked to Carte Blanche about Cape Fur Seals and the precautionary steps taken to avoid the spread of rabies in the Cape Metropole area. Animals, talk, in their own way, they love, just like us, they are happy, when they see us, they are extremely intelligent, and intuitive, they have all the same qualities, as humans, except for speaking, and they are able to do that, also, but in their own ways, to communicate with us. We are their loyal friends! Animals, are not ungrateful, like some people? they are not evil, like some people? they do not expect grandiose lavish extravaganzas? like some of our so called Directors in Important Places, of Entities, that have disrespected, the lives of 110 MILLION Animals, that never signed up to be tortured, mutilated, burned, stabbed in the heart, or injected with legal toxicity, for experiments that will NOT BE USED FOR HEALTH INDUSTRY. F.D.A. this year, said, Stop, "We Do Not Need Animal Experiments", before the Trial of Alternative Studies begin. So why do they continue to torture, dogs, cats, rabbits, monkeys, and more? Because of the System, (They) (Congress) (N.I.H.) (E.P.A.) (U.S.D.A.) created and changed in these past 10 years, that gives them authority to do so, in unsupervised, incognito, without cameras, or audits, 800 Animal Hell Labs in U.S.A.? Teaching future medical students, that torture is acceptable in the name of Science? What Society are we creating here? And in the meantime, (they), make BILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN TAXPAYER MONIES FOR TORTURE TO ANIMALS? Stop Insanity. Let's Move Forward, "The No More Torture To Animals Act" in Congress, and Ban all Animal Labs. They are not reliable, useless, expensive, and insidious. They are being used, so these Entities can make $$$$$ in Billions of Profit Dollars yearly? by being the most inhumane to Animals, that have all the rights, in this world? And laws in place, that do not allow Government to buy from Puppy Mills? Remember, We, The People, have all of you on hidden tapes, of these illegal tortures in these animal labs, which is against the law. The No More Torture To Animals Act will be presented in Congress this year. The elephants used in Shrine circus shows today are victims of kidnapping. As babies in the 1960s and ’70s, they were torn from their homes and families in Asia. Animal dealers packed them into crates and shipped them abroad into terrifying and unfamiliar environments. They were sold to merciless people who beat them, ignored their cries, and deprived them of everything that’s natural and important to them. If these vulnerable elephants had grown up with their families, their lives today would be different. They would live in (and maybe even lead) matriarchal herds, protect one another, forage for fresh vegetation, play, bathe in rivers, and share mothering responsibilities for the herds’ babies. Now the best places for these victims are accredited elephant sanctuaries, where they could spend the rest of their lives in peace. Yet it seems that Shrine circuses and the exhibitors they hire would rather keep them suffering in pointless show Elephants and other animals are forced to “perform” in Shrine circus shows across the U.S. under threat of violence—but you can help them. Never attend circuses or any other attractions that use animals. This is great example of where our fascination should lie when it comes to aerial surveillance. The aircraft often gets the attention and policy makers and commentators will spend hours discussing things like turboprop versus jet, but the real discussion needs to be about sensors, mission system and dissemination of information. What can you gather? How do you process it into useable information? How do you get that information to those that can act on it? If children can be so kind and sensitive, why cant we do that in Palestine, Israel, Russia, Ukraine and many other places, where we often now see too much agression, wars, greed and selfishness? The answer is shocking : Because we - some of us - totally lost our human kindness and sensitivity, - inner peace, focus, compassion, empathy, respect, understanding, tolerance, negotiation skills, listening, accepting our differences, reaching out, being friendly, hugging, kissing, caring, helping , connecting , being kind & sensitive - that you see in this video. We need to go back, to have the heart of a child, otherwise we cannot create the paradise and heaven on earth, that it is supposed and meant to be. Would this video inspire war criminals , aggressors, and racists? Maybe not so. Is war and violence, torturing, murdering, raping and hurting others, why i was born? Why are we here? To have the kind and sensitive heart of a child, as in this video. To be happy and make happy. To feel and to share peace To be wise and inspire and help others.
