Let our words this week be more than mere vessels of information; let them include contents of empathy, understanding, and connection. Let us reach out across the divide of words and touch the hearts of our readers and listeners stirring within them a specific kind of feeling and emotions. In the journey of your words this week, let love be your guiding star, shedding light to the path ahead with its gentle glow. Let compassion be your compass, guiding us through the darkest of nights and the stormiest of seas. And as we go about writing and speaking, let us remember that it is not the words themselves that hold power, but the emotions they evoke and the connections they create. So let us write with passion, with purpose, and with the unwavering belief that our words have the power to move mountains and touch souls. For in the end, it is not our prose nor the poetry neither the vocabulary that truly matters, but the depth of feeling and the sincerity of expression that we infuse into every word, every sentence, and every paragraph. It's another Monday again to be up and doing something positive, Have a wonderful week ahead.

WORDS create magic. There’s a thin line between your thoughts and your choice of words. Your words are a reflection of your perception. Your words can heal as well as harm. Do you know why great men wrote poetry and literature? These two are tools that evoke deep emotions and foster a sense of connection. What you say, how you say it matters. Take this words into your heart and repeat them after me: 🌺 I am capable and strong. 🌺 I am worthy of love and respect. 🌺 I am doing my best, and that is enough. 🌺 I am capable of achieving great things. 🌺 I am resilient and can overcome any challenge. 🌺 I am valuable and make a difference. 🌺 I am deserving of happiness and success. 🌺 I am creative and full of unique ideas. 🌺 I am kind and make the world a better place. 🌺 I am constantly growing and evolving. 🌺 I am enough just as you are. 🌺 I am surrounded by love and support. 🌺 I am confident and capable. 🌺 I am a positive influence on those around you. 🌺I am brave and face challenges head-on. Take these one dose at a time. I prescribe them to you because I’m a product of it. Ps: You’re the product of your words. #IamtheBlessing

Here’s some airport musing, an attempt at poetry with my coffee and some time in hand: The Power of Conversations One conversation at a time, It will heal, layer by layer, It resolves the doubts and the fears, And mends the heart's deepest tears. One conversation at a time, It will clarify, shadows of confusion, It will align our truths, And bring clarity to our vision. One conversation at a time, It will renew, bonds both old and new, It will strengthen connections, And let understanding ensue. Appreciate your reflections in the comments section

Poetry is a language against which you have no defences. ~David Whyte. How do we bring fun and joy to rather serious contexts - like therapy? It has the burden that matters of significance must be depleted of lightness, happiness, and play. Pre Porges, I was told that these were not the standards of professional conduct. Yet, when I ask around what we appreciate about being with a practitioner, clients speak about experiencing the fullness of the human experience. The idea of glimmer, thanks to Deb Dana In the experience of being with another, in fun, humour and enjoyment, we allow the emotional intensity to integrate as our body-mind has a cycle of rest and effort - breathing and savouring. As a practitioner, I am cultivating a space for everything within myself. I am honouring the ability to be included in a peel of laughter immediately after an intense feeling offering us a moment to be together. Here is me in one such moment, intentionally loosening up my solemn demeanour and welcoming playfulness.

My poetry on stage anxiety paints a vivid portrait of the human experience, delving into the depths of fear, vulnerability, and resilience. It captures the tension-filled moments before stepping into the spotlight, where emotions swirl like a tempest, yet there's an undeniable courage in facing those inner demons head-on. Through my words, the audience is transported into the heart of uncertainty, where every breath hangs in suspense, and every word uttered resonates with the raw authenticity of the human spirit. It's a journey that invites empathy, reflection, and ultimately, a celebration of the strength found in embracing my vulnerabilities on stage.

Instinct Instinct whispers truths untold, A guide we often heed or ignore. It’s a fleeting spark from deep within, Arriving and vanishing in a heartbeat. Some follow where instinct leads, Others stray from its path. Regret or contentment may follow, For instinct never fails to appear. Remaining true to oneself is key, Through life’s peaks and valleys. Hold firm and stay resilient, In the face of every storm. Trust the quiet voice inside, Let it steer your course. For in its wisdom, you’ll find strength, A compass sure and force. In moments of doubt or fear, Instinct lights the way. Listen close, embrace its call, And you will not go astray. Through joys and trials alike, It’s your inner guide. Hold it close and trust its light, With it, let your spirit glide. ~Vibin Sethu ~ #poem #poetry #instinct #trying #dowhatmakesyouhappy #livelife #happiness #findingyourinnerpeace #socialmedia #networking #linkedin #iwish #peekaboo #poetsoflinkedin #moodbooster #creativity🌼✨💚🍊

Words are an illusion… Try to read my silence…. Words can flow, Flow like the wind on a cold winter night, A wind that carries you with me. But silence? Silence is deep inside the heart, Calm and soft, pulling you closer to my soul. It’s like a thread that ties my heart and soul together. Oh, are you truly brave? Oh, are you truly wise? Oh, do you truly love? Can you feel my silence? The silence hidden in my words, The silence behind my smile, The silence under my funny side. What would you call my stillness? A wind that stops? Or a flow that leads you to my soul, Where the illusion of words fades away, And only the heart and soul speak to you. PS: It’s poetry time… Uzi’s Mom signing off….. PPS: What does silence mean to you? _________________💗_________________ #poetrytime #soulconnection #wordsofheart #linkedinforcreators

Writers harbor many thoughts within their minds. And, someday, someone will need to read those thoughts. Because at the perfect moment, someone, somewhere (likely far away from you), will read your words. And your words will be the EXACT words they need to keep going. And in some cases, to keep living. Thoughts can be fickle. One minute they can have you feeling as high as the very clouds above your head. While another minute they can have you drowning in the water below. But when you keep your eyes on the horizon, your mind centers and those thoughts form into words. Rather than letting your mind float too high above or sink too deep below, look to the horizon. You can choose to either harbor your thoughts or set them free. Your words carry much power, but only when you choose to release them.
