A Video Campaign is worth a lot more that it used to be! There has been this paradigm shift in terms of content creation where we went from liking long form content to then Tik-Tok coming in and setting in a habit that would reduce people's attention span drastically. But like they say change is the only constant thing. A new challenge, a new opportunity presented itself in the form of short form content that still holds the storytelling value and resonates with the masses in terms of pitch, entertainment and education. Such was this Video campaign we did for Onam 2024 with Santosham Foods. Based on our previous study and experience - we were sure about one thing that the human element never goes out of fashion. It always resonates with masses. Thus, we took this opportunity to give this our very best and make this video campaign feel you the experience that you would have when you dine in with us. A feeling of warmth, the excitement of festivities, the child like curiosity to know why a certain sequence is followed and what are the dishes called! Culminating into this magical feast of 40+ dishes that allows you to celebrate Onam in the true sense and becomes a catalyst in you dressing up and getting out of your house. The Video had to be quick and yet leave you behind with a Smile and a feeling of Curiosity and Excitement. Because at the end of it we all are humans and we respond to emotions - good, bad, ugly! With this we wanted to make sure that you feel the Warmth of Hospitality and the excitement of getting to eat 40+ dishes. But moreover, to be a part of this beautiful culture and experience it first hand. In terms of Video shooting style and Editing we chose to go with Medium paced cuts along with some quick cuts to show the passage of time. We used the Slow-motion to emphasise the feeling and capturing the moment almost frozen in time. The Music felt festive yet comforting, not something you would get up and dance to - but something that you would groove while sitting comfortably and enjoy. Each and every bit being mindful and part of the process in making the masses feel what we sought out to deliver.
