Aww Inc. / CEO

ECAL, a Swiss art school, recently visited our company. This prestigious school is known for its international recognition in the fields of design, photography, graphic design, film, new technology, and the arts, and is consistently ranked in the top five art and design schools in the world. During their visit in Japan, they visited our company Aww Inc. Kojima Production, famous for its games, and the art collective Team Lab. I was happy that they chose us and that they contacted us about it firsthand, and most importantly, the students’ sharp questions were very stimulating. Aww consists of young and talented people. We have many students, and there are even high school age students who are in charge of CG and AI. Age does not matter at all in our company. There is no hierarchical relationship. We strive to ensure that people with high ideas and technical skills continue to be valued. We aim to have a team where only good people gather, not only to expand our business, which is very important to us as our hiring criteria.
