My 3-step framework that helped me streamline event management and saved my clients over 20 hours of admin work: 1. Detailed Pre-Event Planning: I begin by mapping out every detail of the event, from logistics to scheduling. This is a good way to make sure that no detail is overlooked and that the entire process goes smoothly. 2. Delegating Routine Tasks to Specialized Tools: Instead of handling every small task manually, I use the right tools to manage things like registration, attendee communication, and follow-up. 3. Effective Vendor & Client Coordination Clear communication is key. I make sure to maintain frequent communication with vendors and sponsors through very frequent check-ins. My aim with event planning and virtual assistant services is to free up time for my clients so they can focus on growing their businesses.
