As an ERPNext consultant, you will understand our customer's processes, help them map them to the product, work closely with the delivery, tech & support teams, and with the core Frappe team for pre-sales & implementation activities, train users and help them achieve their business goals. This job will test both your analytical and persuasive skills. What you will be working on: - You'll engage with the sales prospects to understand and assess customer requirements, prepare and present demonstrations of ERPNext's features and address, manage and overcome technical inquiries that arise throughout the sales process. - Helping prospects evaluate and visualize how ERPNext can add value to their companies and how we can deliver on that promise and manage their transformation project. - Will be responsible for handling implementations and providing technical and functional support for our customers. - Prepare necessary project documentation associated with implementation (Project plan, manuals ..,etc.). - Developing and executing training plans including preparation of training materials for our customers. - Provide pre-sales support (Demo presentations) as needed. What we are looking for: - ERPNext functional expert, with prior experience in ERPNext or any other ERP in implementation or support roles will be preferred. - A ERPNext certified consultant will be given preference as well. - Motivated, self starter with very high degree of ownership. Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree • Good command of English. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Business background & accounting knowledge are preferred. • Experience in ERP solutions and implementation projects. • Experience in SQL and data analysis is preferred. • Experience in conducting training is preferred.
