As part of our eco-design approach, whenever possible, we work with our clients to renovate old installations and upgrade them with the latest technologies. However, current methods rely on laborious trial-and-error processes due to the lack of high-throughput technologies capable of addressing multidimensional parameter screening. To tackle this challenge, we have developed a modular high-throughput hardware platform integrated with a computer vision system capable of analyzing multiple visual cues, such as volume changes and color shifts across all vessels. This enables comprehensive data collection and early-stage optimization of the LLE process. Our system has successfully screened conditions for three distinct case studies and demonstrated promising generalizability when applied to literature data. Moving forward, our aim is to establish an autonomous, vision-based feedback loop to optimize LLE processes.
