Every single member of the wine, beer and spirits industry should stand up and demand a level playing field. There is no longer any justification for legally requiring producers to sell to wholesalers or for retailers to buy only from wholesalers. Here's the facts:

Thank you Paul Demko for the thorough overview of the booming THC beverage market in Minnesota in POLITICO! It was also so refreshing being able to order THC beverages at bars and restaurants - below is Trail Magic's THC Mimosa I was sipping on during this interview! "Cannabis beverage industry leaders say they welcome regulations and taxes that will create markets where consumers can buy safe products and kids can’t purchase them. 'We need the door cracked open for us to prove that we can play by these rules,' said Diana Eberlein, chair of the Cannabis Beverage Association, in an interview at Minneapolis Cider Company’s taproom, which offers a full line of THC beverages under the Trail Magic brand. 'Bans don’t solve the problem. People will find a way to get these products.'" We want sensible regulation that creates safe products accessible to consumers! Regulation > Bans. Progress > Perfection. https://lnkd.in/dztxKtsS #drinkcannabis SōRSE Technology #regulation #beverageindustry #hemp Bob Galligan Jason Dayton David Gonzalez Jon Halper Eric Becker #minnesota #adultbeverage #adultbeveragealternative
