Does the Building Safety Regulators three year plan still hold up or is it falling behind schedule. How well has the tranching worked, the process is designed to prioritise buildings based on specific risk factors, including: Height and number of residential units: Taller buildings with more occupants are given higher priority. Construction materials: Buildings with unremediated aluminium composite material (ACM) cladding are prioritised due to known fire risks. Structural considerations: Structures with large panel systems built between 1957 and 1973, especially those with gas supplies and uncertain reinforcement work, are assessed earlier.
