Aston Graduate School (AGS) organised the ‘Academic Promotions Peer Support for ERCs and ECAs’, half-day event which took place in-person on 28 November in Conference Aston. The aim of the event was to offer peer guidance to academic colleagues on gathering evidence and examples to document and support their case for promotion, as well as provide an opportunity for professional networking, bringing together Early Career Researchers (ECRs) and Early Career Academics (ECAs), over coffee/tea and a three-course buffet lunch in Conference Aston. The event was led by Dr Tasos Kitsos (BSS) and included contributions from Dr Amara Ajaegbu (BSS), Dr Panos Doss (EPS), Dr Karan Rana (HLS), Dr Iyare Otabor-Olubor (BSS), Dr Debarun Dutta (HLS) and Dr Luis Manso (EPS).
