I am currently planning the 6 week summer break my son will be having from school and there is far more to consider than I initially thought. It got me thinking.... Firstly I have a huge amount of respect for anyone working and juggling childcare plans in the upcoming weeks. This level of planning is a talent and skill not to be sniffed at! Secondly - I am checking over the systems and processes I have in place to ensure they cover everything I need. Do you ever review the system you set up? Does it still perform for you in the way your business still needs? Effective systems should always be periodically checked - they will become the foundations of your business, so, running through them every now and again will future- proof your business. I will be working but leaning into the systems I have in place even more so. If you are about to embark on the childcare juggle..... I salute you...and wish you Good Luck! #childcarejuggle #systems #processes #businesssystems

Let me share a little story with you. Every summer holiday, I'd spend a fortune on childcare just to keep my young children entertained while I was out on the road delivering in-person training. The guilt that came with it was overwhelming. I'd miss out on precious moments, and my heart would ache every time I had to leave them behind. But that's all in the past now. Most of my participants have embraced our online health and safety training or opted for the blended option. This shift has drastically cut down the time I spend traveling. Now, in the holidays I work on average 4 hours a day, giving me the freedom to create beautiful memories with my children. Imagine this: no more stressful mornings, no more feeling torn between work and family, and no more exorbitant childcare costs. Instead, I get to be there for every milestone, every laugh, and every hug. It’s a life where I balance my passion for training with my love for my family. Would you like this in your life too? Imagine the possibilities. Let's chat and see how we can make this a reality for you. Easier times. Back in 2017 I had two kids under 3 and a growing PR agency. But I had a nanny four days a week and the kids felt simple and happy. Seven years on - the honest trust is childcare is much harder. More more complicated. Constantly changing in its dynamic. When kids are very little there’s perversely better care - nursery can be 8-6pm and a nanny until whenever you need But school pick up is 3pm. After school provision is difficult for SEN kids. And clubs - well depends how wise those monkeys are. Often they’re all gone at the end of the day. People don’t seem to talk about these years. I don’t know why…is it because inevitably those doing the childcare have to drop off? Maybe they’re just too knackered to write about it. There’s the look at me ‘new dad’ - taking time, fitting it all in. The new mum taking her baby to its first meeting. I did plenty of those posts. But not so many now…because the truth is, like this miserable March day it really can feel like a slog. Unless I wake up at 5am every day I can’t fit a day of work in amongst it all. But the hunger to be a founder again keeps me going. I missed it. It’s my playpark and I know that this product is worth it to help build the connections that people need. High five to all those in the messy middle 👋🏻 Good luck with the #jugglestruggle #worklifeblend #hybridworking #remotework #founderjourney #femaleentrepreneur
