⭕️ Comment if you agree ⬇️ • Freshers/real experience seekers don’t mind not getting paid for short internships or training as long as they gain valuable hands-on experience and skill development. • Hate seeing entry-level jobs with “2-3 years of experience required”— it’s not truly entry-level if you need to be experienced!😂😂 • Entry-level roles should focus on training and mentorship, not just on prior work experience. • There’s a real need for more companies to invest in growth potential and take chances on fresh talent. • In a fast-paced world where technology and industry practices evolve quickly, why aren’t more companies open to training passionate graduates on the job? Let’s give freshers a chance to build real experience! 🎯 Unlocking Potential: Freshers Deserve a Chance 🚀 In today's competitive job market, it feels like every opportunity demands experience. But how do freshers gain experience if we're not given the chance? We've dedicated years to our education, from schooling to graduation and post-graduation. We've also completed internships to build our skills and gain practical insights. Yet, many of us find ourselves asking: What now? It's crucial for companies to recognize the potential and fresh perspectives that young professionals bring to the table. Instead of solely focusing on experience, let's value adaptability, eagerness to learn, and the drive to innovate. To all the freshers out there, let's keep pushing forward with resilience and optimism. And to all the companies, let's work together to create opportunities that benefit both sides. #JobSearch #Freshers #CareerOpportunities #FutureWorkforce #TalentManagement #Innovation #OpportunityKnocks

🚨 **Internship Experience Alert** 🚨 I recently had an interesting experience with an internship opportunity at Shiash Info Solutions. Initially, I received a call from their HR, who scheduled both technical and HR rounds, mentioning a stipend of ₹15,000. Excited, I went for the interview, only to find many other freshers in the same situation. During the meeting, they revealed that the internship involves a training program across different domains that requires an upfront payment of ₹7,000. The structure includes: - 2 months of training - 1 month of hands-on project experience with senior developers - Stipend paid only upon project completion - Completion certificate awarded at the end It felt like a well-crafted marketing strategy that many freshers may fall into, as the upfront cost was not disclosed until we arrived. This experience has taught me to be more cautious and informed when considering internship opportunities. Let’s support each other in navigating the job market! 💪 #Internship #JobSearch #CareerAdvice #Freshers #Transparency #Networking #freshers #chennai #jobs

💡 Breaking the Traditional Hiring Mold for Freshers 💡 Many freshers from tier 2 or tier 3 colleges face a significant challenge when it comes to finding their first internship or job. Traditional hiring practices often emphasize prior experience or require rigorous DSA and aptitude tests, which may not always be feasible for them. To address this issue, I propose a new internship model that could benefit both startups(or upto 6-7 years old companies) and freshers: 1. Initial Internship (No Stipend): Offer internships without a stipend for the first 2-3 months. Interns work on real projects, gaining hands-on experience rather than just completing tasks. 2. Evaluation Period: Assess the intern's performance based on their contributions to real projects after 2-3 months. Decide whether to continue the internship based on this evaluation. 3. Stipend and Potential for Full-Time Role: If the intern performs well, provide a valuable stipend for the next 2-3 months. Continue evaluating performance during this period. If the intern excels, offer a pre-placement offer (PPO) for a full-time role. 4. Focus on Real Projects: Interns should be engaged in real projects during their internship, even if it’s unpaid. This ensures they gain practical experience and develop skills that are directly applicable to the industry. 5. Domain-Specific Interviews: Companies should conduct interviews that focus on the candidate’s knowledge of their domain and their enthusiasm for the role or internship. These interviews should be designed to be at a easy to medium level, achievable for freshers with significant knowledge of their field. This approach allows candidates to demonstrate their skills and knowledge relevant to the role they are applying for. Benefits: => For Companies: Access to motivated freshers working on real projects. Evaluation based on actual work rather than traditional metrics. Development of future employees familiar with the company's projects and culture. => For Freshers: Valuable hands-on experience and exposure to real-world projects. Opportunity to prove their skills and earn a stipend based on performance. Increased chances of a full-time offer based on demonstrated capability. "Practical experience is the greatest teacher."
