Here’s what that vision could look like: 1. Signature Tier: The Pinnacle of Craftsmanship In this tier, like couture, we’d focus on the most exclusive, immersive experience—a curated, limited-capacity dining journey where the artistry of fine dining shines. Think seasonal, rare ingredients sourced ethically, presented in ways that celebrate each element's unique origin. 2. The second reason is that coffee has driven a movement of cultural and creative influence over the decades. We are talking about a book that includes many examples from around the globe.
