Recycling plastics is big business these days and there are many machines on the market to do this, but one of the problems recyclers face is the contamination that comes along with the plastic feed stock, each machine has filtration of a certain kind whether it be laser filters, screen changers, back flushing filters to name a few. Each type needs changing at some point due to them blocking with the contamination that they are filtering out. These filters are expensive and replacing with new is a headache that every user has, but the filters themselves can be recycled.
