𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗱’𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿-𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 We understand the significance of listening to our customers. To deepen our understanding of their needs, we conducted our first Customer Experience Survey in the EU. The insights gained are invaluable, guiding our efforts to innovate and deliver greater value. Our global teams collaborate closely with partners and customers to enhance service quality and effectively meet expectations. 🤝 𝑻𝒓𝒖𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒅 𝒑𝒂𝒓𝒕𝒏𝒆𝒓 𝒊𝒏 𝒅𝒂𝒊𝒓𝒚 The survey indicates that customers associate Interfood with being 𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 and 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹. On top of that, great 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 and extensive 𝗴𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗮𝗶𝗿𝘆 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲 are highly appreciated. We are pleased that these outcomes align with our 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 for the coming years. As Edwin Van Stipdonk, Chief Commercial Officer, states: “It is our ambition to remain and become the partner of choice to many of our customers. We aim to strengthen this positive positioning as we pursue our 2028 strategy.” 𝑺𝒉𝒂𝒑𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑰𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒇𝒐𝒐𝒅’𝒔 𝒇𝒖𝒕𝒖𝒓𝒆 The outcome of this survey is instrumental as we shape improvement plans, refining our innovative value propositions, and ensuring we stay at the forefront of industry trends. 💡 Specific outcomes are in the process of implementation.
