Following to my pervious post to give the credit to the managers I worked with, They have a big favor to me. 4- Mohamed Abu Rayya - 2005 - Giza systems Mohamed Abourayya Me and him joined this company in same year, in one of his first big meeting with the management which was limited to the PMs of the projects and the top management, I was surprised by how he talked about one of his team members, how he presented him, and how he gave him all the appreciation without appearing as a manager himself. .. He didn't show himself as he started to show his team excellence and gave them the full appreciation, So I was working to work under him by any way and I succeeded.  I Learned from him, how to be strong to say the truth without any fair. How to be honest with the company and the customers, and how to be brave to say the truth. When you work with him, u feel safe, u feel confident that u have strong and committed manager in the company and in the business. He is not only caring about the business, but also very close to them even for their small personal issues. This manager can motivate you to do anything with any effort needed form your side and you are happy to do it. And I learned from him trying to do the same. He learned how to keep the quality for what I am doing. and how to be accurate in what I’m writing and offering. how to care about the details and how the small details can make the difference. I learned from him how to defend my team. How to be fair with them and how to delegate them with full support from their manager. I learned from him who to love my team and create the best work environment. This man usually doing the best presentation to the customer to convey the message easily with no complications, And I tried to learn this form him

Result of an Effective Coordination Process and Teamwork. Coordination minimizes the conflicts, rivalries are ended, wastages, delays, indifferences and other organizational problems. Effective coordination processes yield coordinated results. There are two types of coordinated results: complementarity and synergy . Complementarity. Complementarity is achieved when two or more agencies leverage complementary funding sources, expertise, networks, and/or capabilities to achieve shared outputs . Coordination skills consist of various abilities and competencies focused on planning and executing multiple activities, actions and plans simultaneously.
