Hi there, we launched the latest version of our ecommerce bot using WhatsApp flows on WhatsApp channel. In this video, I'm going to be showing you the demo of our bot and how easy it is for your customers to be able to place orders on WhatsApp, including the checkout process and completing the payments seamlessly all on WhatsApp. My name is Babu Munavar Basha, I'm the founder of Watergate platform. Let's dive into them. In order to try out the bot, you need a water made account. If you don't have a watermark account, don't worry about it. You offer a 7 day free trial for you to try out all the features on our platform, including connecting to a sandbox number and testing out all the different parts that we offer. Once you have signed up, go to communications menu option and under that you have automations. Click on that and you should see the WhatsApp icon select. Like to see if you already have any bot installed, you can select them and delete the existing bot. If not, you can straight away go to add rule. And we offer a bunch of chat bot templates for variety of use cases to get started with. You can see them here. And the one that I'm particularly going to be using as part of this demo is flow based ecommerce shop chatbot. This is the one that has the complete checkout process using WhatsApp close. Let me just install this board. As such, it will take a couple of seconds. Because behind the scenes, we do the heavy lifting of creating the flows and publishing them and all of those endpoints set up and everything is taken care of for you seamlessly using our platform. I've successfully got the bot install. Let's try it out on WhatsApp. It's just message and see how the bot works. So I'm going to be typing high and sending a message on the bot should reply me with the predefined menu option. And since it's an ecommerce store, a couple of important menu options are placed in order and view my orders. This is where the customer is going to place an order. And apart from that, we do have general menu options like business details, view, operating hours, and if the user wants to escalate the conversation from the bot to a human agent, they do have the option talk to our staff as well. And all of these options are completely customizable. These are the predefined options given in as part of our default template source. If you need customization, you can reach out to us and we'll help you with that. So I'm going to place an order now. So I'm going to click on Place an order. And sent what this is going to do. Is this going to reply me with a catalog that I've set up on my staging number? So as you can see, it is giving me the call to action as view catalog. I can just click on this button or on the right top, I can click on it and open up the catalog as well. So I'm going to click on view catalog, which opens up and I've set up a couple of demo products on the staging number as such. So the way you place an order is you can just add the items. To the cart by taking on plus you can eat more than one you can just add the plus to add additional items it's not similar to what you do on the web as well so at the bottom I can see the view card option so I'm going to click on that and I have the option to place an order so I'm going to click on place order as such up until here you can even achieve this using just the WhatsApp business app but if you're using a platform like us, we take it a step further where you can actually. Do the complete checkout process all on WhatsApp. So it's asking me whether I want to check out. So I'm going to click on checkout option as such and it's going to open up the complete checkout button which opens up the WhatsApp flows. And this is where the customer goes through the complete checkout process on WhatsApp using WhatsApp flows as such. So the first option is the customer record. Given that on this number I already have an existing customer, I can select that and. Quickly place the order or if I'm, you know, buying for the first time with your business, I have these registered customer option. And as you can see here, one thing that we have done is we have pre populated the phone number to make it easier for the user so that they don't have to type it out. But obviously if they are placing the order for somebody else, they can type out the number as well. And I'm just going to select the existing customer and we do have order nodes as well. So any instructions or special requests that the customer has for the business, they can. You know. This app, they can, you don't notify the business as such. So I'm going to click on continue. And the next step is the shipping details is where the user can actually get the shipping address. As such, given that I've already made purchases on this number, it's already showing me the different address. But if I want to register a new address, let's say I'm ordering from my parents and their address is different to mine. So I can just select register new address and it's already pre populating. On the contact number, name and phone number, but obviously if you want to change it, you can edit them. And we do have, you know, the address, nickname, massage, and address details including city, state, postal code, and country as well. What I'm going to do is I'm going to select quickly my home address and then click on continue and it's actually showing the order summary at the top. You're seeing the order details, whatever items that you've sort of selected. From the catalog and all the shipping details at the bottom, including the notes which I typed up and delivered ASAP. And if I'm happy with everything, I can click on the terms as well. And we have set up the default terms and conditions for ecommerce business. You can go and see details like order confirmation, payment, shipping and delivery. All of these are available for you to use. But obviously if you want to change them, you want to customize them, you can reach out to us and we'll be more than happy to update this terms and conditions. So I'm just going to agree to the terms and I'm going to click on place order. Now the platform behind the scenes is actually creating the order. It had actually sent me the payment invoice as well. So I can click on that to make the payment as well. And I can even click on see invoice button to view the invoice generated. And all of these is completely customizable according to your brand and business details as such. So I'm going to go here and you can. Connecting different payment gateway options that you want as well. So in this instance of connected Stripe and release appearing to my account. So both options are available. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to quickly complete the checkout process using Stripe default test card since this is a staging number as such. And as soon as I complete the payment, you can see the payment completion as well. So if I go back to my WhatsApp, I also received order status confirmation as well. Yeah, that's on this part. And at the same time, if I message again, it'll presently with the menu option and I can click on View my Orders to see all the orders on this given number as such. So it's asking me to select the customer. Which I'm doing it it should present me with all the orders that are placed as sons. And this is the one that I've just stopped placed for $600. 00 as such. So if I click on that and send it will show me, you know, all the other products that have done as well. Awesome. And on the admin side of things, if I go back to our platform, I can go to finance. I can look at all the orders within the platform message. This is the order that I just. Made on WhatsApp you just saw and I can. I have plenty of menu options here as well so I can view other details. Edit Shipping address, The address that the user selected, it's already pre populated here. If I want to update that, I can do that as well. Say the real world scenario is the customer wants to update the address. They're messaging you and wanting to update the shipping address in the last minute. You can do that as well. Or you know if you are updating the order status. You can click on it and uh, we do offer a bunch of order status for you to, you know, notify the customer seamlessly as well. And you can also you can update the shipping info like tracking URL, tracking number, all these kind of things as well. Yeah. And if I click on view order details, it will give you all the details of the order and order items and the invoice for the orders as well. And here again, same functionalities you can perform if you want to talk to the. Customer you can click on stock chat to chat with the customer as well. And one of the cool things that we just did is that a lot of the times the ecommerce business want to print out all the order items so that they can, you know, manage the packing and things like that. So you can just click on select all the orders and we even offer execute orders or bulk update order status. All of these options are available for you. The export orders will export the orders in a CSV file. Then you can calculate, you know how many number of items that you need to prepare a pack, all those kind of things you can do this one.
