PROTECTING PRE-TERM VIABILITY: A CRUCIAL FIGHT At Solidarity HealthShare, we believe every baby deserves a fighting chance. We’re actively supporting efforts to protect and advance preterm viability, ensuring that premature infants receive the care they need to thrive. Recently, Solidarity HealthShare’s Chief Medical Officer Dr. John Oertle joined Brenda Aikin of @materdeiradio on the Morning Blend to discuss why the battle for preterm viability has taken center stage and why we need to know why the fight is more important than ever in a time when more and more medical professionals are encouraging the tragic alternative. 🔗https://lnkd.in/gFcAsgD4

Nashville General may be 134 years old, but it leads the way in innovation and accessibility. Through the Webb hub and spoke model, individuals at risk are connected to healthy food in the hospital food pharmacy, health literacy and educational support through their faith communities, and medical care to prevent crisis visits to the Emergency Department. Learn about the work Dr. Joseph Webb and his team are doing in this blog post https://bit.ly/3VEl1DA

High-quality primary care for everyone.
Visiting our rural clinic in Hobart, OK today. It was an honor to have OK State Senator Brent Howard and State Representative Kendrix Gerrid as our guests. Our partnership with Variety Care is bringing vital primary care to rural locations where the economics of traditional primary care make services inaccessible.

Making visits to connect with our team and clients in person is such an invaluable benefit for all parties. It's where learning, collaboration, and building trust combine. We're all in it for the same purpose - improving patient/ member outcomes! What are some practices you or your organization have in place to strengthen client and/or employee relationships and foster collaboration?
I had the pleasure of having Rely Health’s Dream Team join me onsite in CHI Mercy Health’s Emergency Department this week. Thank you Prithvi, L'Sidni, and Alex. Your diligence implementing enhancements to the AI Tool is invaluable! It will increase the number of post-ED patients we reach to provide exemplary navigation services to follow-up care and resources. I look forward to this process because it allows me more time for in-person patient engagement to ensure their post ED journey to improved health is met. I’m excited to exceed Umpqua Health’s metrics as well as my goals! 🌹

Why should we celebrate the month of JUNE?! Numerous “International days” activities in the field of healthcare were set to serve a noble objectives by which relevant healthcare communities commemorate & raise “BIOLOGICAL” diseases awareness among patients, caregivers, and society at large… In our efforts to raise disease awareness, it's essential to realise that other SOCIAL and MORAL diseases have more significant & profound impact on individuals and communities which require immediate & comprehensive intervention. Addressing these societal ailments alongside biological diseases, we can create a more inclusive and compassionate world, promoting holistic well-being for all. For this month; we all need to prioritize our families and loved ones, we must engage in proactive actions, including education, support networks, and advocacy efforts, recognizing them as our most valuable assets. Parents’ role is crucial to fend against such reprehensible obscenity, a crime that violates human nature, destroys moral values, and violates the right of humanity to preserve its human race…
