Feel kind of key things now one is it's an employee market and for a lot of clients they're still finding the struggle between attraction and retention being one of their biggest challenges and as a consequence of that, I suppose having a focus on how can you be an employer of choice how can you understand the pain points the importance of doing maybe wait not doing an exit interview when someone tells you where they're leaving and.
