Dear good #HR, when you tell an applicant that he/she can't reach your vacancy because they are overqualified this is very confusing; coz, why would your institution prefer an average candidate 🤔, or would they need a freshener to help build a new different chapter of their career? Are you just advising individuals in a way not to push themselves hard as at some point in their lives they would be over-qualified for the work environment and that would signify their inability to make a living and have a decent job??!!! Throughout my journey as an HR professional, I have seen people struggling to find a job, and I have seen employers struggling to find a good candidate. Some say there aren't enough job opportunities, some say there aren't enough qualified candidate. I believe in the later.
