We are nearing the bottom of the AI disillusionment cycle within early adopters / thought leaders. Normally this would take 3-5 years, but it's only taken about 2 years this time. Everything is moving faster this cycle. If the upside is as high as I think it is this means we will see a retraction in sentiment and market behavior later this year through EOY 2025, and a *steep* up-cycle starting in 2026 likely through the early 2030's.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐮𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐄𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐡: 𝐌𝐨𝐦𝐬 (𝐈 𝐛𝐞𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐈 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐠𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐚𝐲 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐀𝐈!) 😂 With all the buzz around artificial intelligence and GenAI, it's easy to get caught up in the hype. But let's not forget the most impactful forces that have been shaping our world since the beginning of time, our moms! This Mother's Day let's celebrate the incredible superhumans moms are and acknowledge how AI, in its own unique way, tries to replicate some benefits we get from our moms, but will 𝐍𝐄𝐕𝐄𝐑 stack up to the real deal. ➡ Moms possess an innate ability to provide emotional support and comfort when we need it most. Their warm embrace and soothing words can heal our hearts in ways that no AI-generated response ever could. ➡ Moms are equipped with an unparalleled depth of knowledge and wisdom, gained through years of life experience and an intimate understanding of their children. While AI may access vast amounts of data, it lacks the intuitive insight that moms bring to every interaction. ➡ Moms are the ultimate multitaskers, effortlessly juggling countless responsibilities while still making time for their loved ones. Their ability to manage chaos and prioritize what truly matters is a skill that even the most advanced AI systems can only dream of replicating. ➡ Moms have an infinite capacity for love, patience, and forgiveness. AI can be patient, but let's be real...no chance of stacking up in these other areas! So, while AI may be the talk of the town, let's remember that moms have been the original supercomputers all along. And while we're at it, let's give a cheeky nod to AI for trying its best to keep up. Good luck! 𝐇𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐲 𝐌𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫'𝐬 𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐨𝐦𝐬 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞! ❤️ #MothersDay #MomsBeatAI #Gratitude #HQforAI #GenAI

Systems thinking is going to be even more important as AI gets more and more integrated with all of our workflows. If you can break down whatever you’re doing into clear and focused pieces of a bigger puzzle you can find a way to stitch together multiple agents to solve complicated problems. Folks doing this now will stand out amongst their peers. At some point the gap will be so large it will be tough for slow adopters to catch up.

Do you like new things? According to the diffusion of innovations theory, I'm... Haven’t heard about this theory? E.M. Rogers, 1962. The theory explains the passage of a new idea/product through stages of adoption by different people. The main players in the theory are: ✴ innovators, ✴ early adopters, ✴ early majority, ✴ late majority, ✴ laggards. Often, my husband jokes that I'm the first to try new things ))) Yesterday Midjourney showed a new feature. It generates a consistent character directly from the Midjourney interface in one picture. I tried it on myself and it didn't work out very well. I don’t know who this lady is))) my real photo is on the left. It’s a drawback of being an early adopter. You have a risk that this new thing will be useless for you. If you want to know what’s happening in AI, subscribe to Rebels.ai channel on LinkedIn and Telegram. Don’t be outside the happening revolution, be an early adopter. What type are you? If you liked something new recently, please share! #ai #marketing #marketingagency #artificialintelligence

𝐂𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐦: 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐮𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐕𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐀𝐈 In the first session of our beginner’s Voice AI coaching program, we introduce and discuss a key concept: the 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐀𝐝𝐨𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐯𝐞. This bell curve model illustrates how different groups of people adopt and react to new products and technologies, and it's especially relevant for businesses navigating the fast-paced voice AI industry. One crucial element in this curve is "Crossing the Chasm"—the pivotal moment when an innovation has been embraced by early adopters but hasn't yet been accepted by the pragmatic majority. Early adopters are excited by innovation and are willing to take risks on unproven technology. However, pragmatists need evidence of real-world success and reliability before they invest in new solutions. Right now, for voice AI businesses, the ability to bridge this chasm will determine who succeeds and who fails in the coming weeks. Early adopters may tolerate a few bugs or incomplete features, but the pragmatic majority will not. To win their trust, businesses must deliver a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that is fully functional, reliable, and meets every promise. As competition in the voice AI space intensifies, those who can successfully meet the needs of the pragmatic majority will thrive. #voiceai #technologyadoption #thechasm #aiphonecallers

Really engaging conversation with Benjamin Gibert on his podcast. Check his podcast for tangible information on executing AI at scale!
Lack of clarity among execs is the #1 killer of AI initiatives. How do you succeed? Don't make AI a science project. Align it with high priority company goals. Don't start in isolation in a single team. Get exec sponsors early. Bring in all relevant teams from the beginning. Otherwise it's an uphill battle. Terry Miller from Omada Health breaks down how to avoid AI science project syndrome and launch AI initiatives successfully in large companies.
