Yes, a brain workout, and here is why; • It increases clarity and focus; • It boosts confidence; • It promotes personal and professional development; • It sparks creativity; • It enhances your networking; and • You will walk away with concrete action steps that you can use to transform ideas into realities. Here’s how it works… First, set a timer for 3 minutes and do a brain dump of any ideas about how you could increase your leadership impact by end of this year. ✍️ Second, take a minute and write down any potential roadblocks or questions that you need answered based on the ideas that you wrote down. 📝 For the last minute of your brainstorming session, think of ways you can get more inspiration around how you could overcome these roadblocks, such as researching HBR articles, reading a book, or reaching out to a peer. What is the ultimate answer for effective, successful and impactful business? Awareness. Can you imagine what is possible when leaders and teams are empowered to be more aware of who they really are? This is something I am deeply passionate about and sit with daily. - Improved collaboration - More effective decision making - Less conflict and politics - Increased wellbeing - Improve balance - Greater job satisfaction - Higher team morale - Shared vision and accountability What does it require? A genuine care and focus towards helping individuals in organisations expand their consciousness, overcome their limiting beliefs and discover their true nature. You cannot fear the future when you know who you are. You cannot judge or aim to over-power others when you know who you are. You cannot make decisions from greed and pride when you know who you are. You cannot want anything less then the best for team members when you know who you are. At times it may sound like a mighty task, but it is happening and conscious leaders are shaping completely new ways of doing business in the world.
