WHY CHANGE YOUR TOOTHBRUSH ???? You realize we change our clothes, house fashions, hair etc but often forget to change our toothbrushes 😊😊 according to Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) , a tooth brush should be changed 3 - 4 months. Some of us use it for a year without changing it🙄 below 👇 are the reasons why we need to change our tooth brushes regularly; 👉 Bristles of old toothbrushes wear out hence plaque and bacteria is not well removed. 👉 Old toothbrushes don't clean gums well which lead to gum disease and damage hence loss of the teeth. 👉 Germs build up in the tooth brush which affects your oral health. ➡️ As you think of changing you hair, aslo think of changing your toothbrush for your oral health. Stay healthy and safe.

Here are a few quick tips for a proper brushing routine: 👉Brush for at least two minutes, morning and night. 👉Use a soft-bristled toothbrush and fluoride toothpaste. 👉Don’t forget to brush your tongue—it can harbour bacteria too! 👉Replace your toothbrush every 3-4 months (or sooner if the bristles are frayed). 👉Follow up with flossing and rinsing with mouthwash for a complete clean.
