Recently I had the honor of being a guest on the Business Story of the Week Podcast. We discussed how often with burnout we are always giving of ourselves to others and not replenishing our empty cups…then we wonder why we are burnt out. Taking time for ourselves can feel challenging when we are so accustomed to helping others and putting ourselves last on our long todo list. What are some ways you have been trying to refill your cup? #BusinessStoryOfTheWeek #PodcastInterview #PodcastGuest #BusinessInsights #IndustryExperts.

‼️ If your team isn’t producing creative ideas, it’s partly your fault. Maybe you micromanaged a project and now your team is afraid if they try something new you will swoop in and micromanage again. Maybe someone took a risk that didn’t work out and you threatened them with a note in their file. Or maybe you just keep your team so busy there’s no time to be creative! Whatever the cause, a lack of creativity and curiosity will limit your team’s potential. But how do you balance the reality of day to day work with curiosity? How do you encourage curiosity when it could lead to taking big risks? Find out the answers to these questions and more on this week’s episode of The Champion Forum Podcast! 💡🎙️New Podcast Episode Today! 🎙️💡 Here’s the Apple podcast link: https://lnkd.in/gcazN3m8 And the show link: https://lnkd.in/gPhVfs4p 🫶🏼And here’s a lil clip from this week’s Wake Your Dream episode: "How Holding Yourself Accountable Helps You Be Your True Self” Hey, friend! In this latest episode, Alan and I talk about how to notice our inner patterns by tuning in to ourselves more frequently throughout the day. It’s really easy to slip into “autopilot” and just do, say, or think whatever comes naturally. But going with whatever comes naturally might be taking us down a path that doesn’t lead to where we hope to end up. Instead, we have the opportunity to tune in and notice the patterns that might be showing up in our thoughts and actions that we didn’t see before. As you notice these patterns, you have the opportunity to start working to change them. You can start deciding what thoughts get the “last word” for you, you can start choosing the standards that you want to be living by, and you can start deciding to make loving compassion the way that you interact with yourself. If you’d like to hear about some of our experiences with this process, I think you’ll find this episode helpful and practical! #betteryou #bettermindset #mindsetmatters #accountability #accountabilitypartner #youcan #betterlife #followthrough #commitment
