The Dumpster Battle, is headed for global release through Crunchyroll, which has picked up North American and select international theatrical rights. Based on the Haikyu!! manga, which is one of the bestselling Japanese comic series of the 2010s, the new feature will launch through Crunchyroll and Sony Pictures Entertainment in North American theaters on May 31, in both subtitled and English-dub versions. FIFA and Netflix have signed a deal to broadcast the 2027 and 2031 Women's World Cups in the United States. For the first time, Netflix will have full rights to the tournament, allowing every match to be available live for viewers in the US and Puerto Rico in both English and Spanish. Alongside the broadcasts, Netflix will produce a documentary series leading up to each tournament. The 2027 edition will be hosted in Brazil, marking the first time the Women's World Cup will take place in South America. Champions League final watched by 12.3milliom viewers. ⚽️ Last weekend's UEFA Champions League (UCL) final drew massive viewership in Germany and Spain, as Real Madrid clinched a 2-0 victory over Borussia Dortmund. Key highlights include: 🫡 📍 12.3 million viewers watched on ZDF, achieving a 47.7% market share. 📍 In Spain, RTVE's La 1 broadcast attracted 10.4 million viewers. 📌 RTVE's coverage averaged 6.2 million viewers, peaking at 7.3 million. 📌 RTVE Play saw 770,000 unique visitors, the most-watched final on the streaming platform. 📌 CBS Sports in the US averaged 2.3 million viewers, a six percent increase from last year. 📎 Context: 📝 ZDF's viewership doubled compared to last year's final. 📝 Dortmund's presence drove interest, nearly matching previous German finalists. 📝 RTVE's audience was lower than Real Madrid's previous final appearance in 2022. #footballbusiness #sportbetting #sportsbook #marketshare
