🚀 We are excited to launch #SolMeth24 💧☀🌳, a pioneering project to supply green #methanol at scale, demonstrating how green #fuels can be produced in regions rich in renewable energy and transported to areas of high demand. Combining German and Australian expertise in renewable energy and engineering, we will build a solar-powered green methanol plant in Australia and support its development with a pilot plant in Germany.   The project, supported by Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung, started on June 1, 2024 and will run for four years, with key partners including Mabanaft, Deutsches Zentrum für Luft-und Raumfahrt e.V., Vast and CSIRO.
