Who are you, Mr. Obama? You say, “Don’t let people make you think you don’t belong.” Great advice. But then you turn around and say those same people at the table—the ones who’ve earned their place—are just a bunch of fools. So, let me ask you this: Who are you to decide who belongs and who doesn’t? You talk a big game about confidence and belonging, but when you get the chance, you throw shade at those who’ve worked their asses off to be there. Practice what you preach. You say not to let others make you feel small, but now you’re the one making people feel like they don’t belong. It’s one thing to sit at the table, it’s another thing to respect who’s sitting there. So next time, ask yourself—Who are you to tell someone they don’t belong? Because respect is earned, not decided by you. P.S. Wisdom isn’t about flaunting intelligence; it’s about understanding others and lifting them up. Drop the arrogance. Real leaders know they don’t need it. The key word here is “exposed” being the differentiator. What marks the difference between a G7 leader and a non-G7 leader means an ocean of strategic maneuvering that doesn’t happen by chance. It’s a lifetime of very intentional decision making processes that lead to that designated degree of influence. And this education on how to make the decisions needed to manifest one’s desired destiny requires us to constantly clarify what is that we want and what is the price we are willing to pay to access what we want. Knowing oneself, being curious, and willing to take that extra steps make the grades. #DecisionEducation

Develop the courage to lead, even when you feel out of place. Start by leading yourself—taking control of your thoughts, words, and actions. Trust in your strengths and recognize that you’ve earned your place at the table with other leaders.

Such a powerful message. Euphresia l useful reminder for mentors #mentorship when tackling imposter syndrome and the like. Also useful to think about in #decoloniality. Some spaces are made exclusionary by design because of systemic gatekeeping. It is also the case that even if one is included in these spaces the feeling of belongingness is withheld. The question is- is any space worth you diminishing your light for and why should such spaces be allowed to exist in the first place?

This is an important lesson to learn in life. For the most part, people in positions of power are a reflection of society. In my career I have been fortunate to be a fly on the wall, and occasionally at the table, with some high ranking military officers as well as some high ranking diplomats. Some were exceptional, but most were quite normal and held the same concerns and insecurities as the rest of us. The lesson learned is that nothing is out of reach. Certainly it is important to understand your strengths and weaknesses, but do not let them limit your ambitions. Never underestimate yourself.

AMAZON , Don’t destroy AMAZON Our forests are disappearing at an alarming rate. Over the past few decades, we've witnessed the devastating impact of deforestation, with millions of acres of lush, vibrant ecosystems being cleared for various purposes. This alarming trend not only destroys the natural habitats of countless species but also contributes to climate change, soil erosion, and the disruption of vital water cycles. It's time we take action to protect and restore our precious forests and oceans and finally Earth before it's too late. NATO or other Organizations are also responsible for protecting our forests and oceans and all humanity with peace . They should respect to all thoughts without considering racism and finally developing to keep our planet Earth . We have no other place to live as alternative except Earth . Let’s young leaders control future of our planet. NATO and Organization are responsible to bring peace not to manufacturing war guns and tools . We are all in one ship . Please don’t make hole our ship .
Happy Birthday President Obama! 🎂 Barack Obama has always believed in the power of what people can do when we come together. It’s something he learned in his days as a community organizer, and it’s what fueled his time as a senator and president. The mission of the Obama Foundation is rooted in that same idea—that nothing is more powerful than millions of people taking action for positive change. That’s why we know hearing from YOU will bring him joy on his birthday! Sign his card: https://lnkd.in/geg7ChAm

https://lnkd.in/guzt3-w6 You are either emotional or logical thinkers. Recognize that the worldwide majority thinks emotionally, while only a minority thinks logically. Emotional thinkers address consequences retrospectively, whereas logical thinkers anticipate and mitigate consequences prospectively. Problems are solve with logic and actions, not emotions. Apply logic not emotions: The exceleraration of immigrants deportation will cause food prices to skyrocket due to foods scarcity. Think about all the immigrant jobs picking crops because American citizens do not want to work those jobs. Even homeless men and women rather be homeless than pick crops. Crops rots in the field and store shelves are empty, so those who want to buy fruits and vegetables will pay, otherwise who else? Logic?
