Roles and Responsibilities: Analyse cost structures, production processes, and profitability metrics for the micro-processing units. Monitor mandi rate trends for key raw materials and commodities. Analyse market dynamics and price fluctuations to optimise sourcing strategies and minimise costs. Identify and develop leads for new raw material sources, including farmers, cooperatives, and suppliers. Build and maintain relationships with potential suppliers to ensure a reliable and diverse supply chain. Prepare regular reports on raw material procurement activities, including market analysis, and supplier performance. Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal meetings and stakeholder discussions. Assist in identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost optimization within the micro-processing units. Conduct regular monitoring visits to the micro-processing units to assess production activities, quality standards, and compliance with regulations. Collect data and observations to evaluate the performance and operational efficiency of the micro-processing units. Assist in implementing corrective actions and improvements based on monitoring findings. Who we are looking for? Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Agricultural, Food Science, or related field. 6 days working. Salary – 15k-20k in hand. Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
