February Reflections: Palliative care is so undervalued. Research Trip to Mondragon Part II: Insights from Anjel Errasti Today, we had the privilege of attending Anjel Errasti's enlightening talk at Mondragon. As a scholar who has delved deep into Mondragon's successes and failures, Anjel's work on the concept of Institutional Distance left a lasting impression. Mondragon, while not flawless, actively seeks critical perspectives. They understand that growth comes from acknowledging imperfections. Anjel's exploration of how institutional differences impact cooperative practices sheds light on the challenges faced by multinational worker cooperatives.
