#negroniweek "YELLOW NEGRONI", improved! *The original specs are too sweet. So I modified the specs to balance it out. *Im posting the original specs on the comments. Specs: 1 oz. Pisco (I used a CALIFORNIAN "Pisco") ½ oz. Limoncello Liqueur ½ oz. Suze ¼ oz. Yellow Chartrueuse 1 oz. Extra Dry Vermouth Garnish: Lemon Zest - discard, and Lemon Wheel. *👌 This one is more masculine forward. *Cuts the sweetness, goes into a magnetic Lemon shock tone (phenomenon?) (it could be an affect from the artificial additive from the SUZE?) Then just dead dry palate. *Intresting complexity on the ride-along. *Way more balanced than the original spec.

Why Drop Stones in Your Whisky? Whisky stones, also sometimes referred to as whisky rocks, are typically cubed-shaped, small pieces of stone that are designed to be an alternative to ice. They chill whisky just like ice does but without diluting your dram. 1️⃣ They preserve the flavor of whisky while keeping it cool and are environmentally friendly since they can be reused. 2️⃣ To use whisky stones, freeze them for a few hours, gently place them in your glass, pour your whisky, and rinse them after use. 3️⃣ They are great for chilling whisky without dilution, but they don’t stay cold as long as ice. Whisky stones are a stylish and practical choice for those who enjoy their whisky neat and undiluted. What do you think—will whisky stones find a place in your collection? Let me know in the comments! #sonalholland #masterofwine #whiskeystones #whisky #enthusiasts #ice #neat #whiskytips

Using a barrel made from juniper wood for the finish of a single malt whisky will impart unique flavors and aromas to the whisky. Juniper wood will add a distinctive herbal and woody character, along with hints of spice and earthiness. This will complement the natural flavors of the whisky, enhancing its complexity and depth. However, since juniper is a potent flavor, the maturation process will need to be carefully monitored to ensure the whisky doesn't become overwhelmed by the juniper notes. Overall, it will result in a distinctive and intriguing whisky profile. Gin makers will also benefit using this very rare wood. Art and cask, have a nice selection of rare Juniper barrels masterpieces, yes we can call these masterpieces as few coopers have our knowledge to make such rarities. Sizes vary depending on the tree. but as a guideline 100 yo 140 litres is about the norm. www.artandcask.com www.artandcask.fr

THINGPUI - SAI A CUP OF TEA A joy of heart and a broken heart Thingpui" is a word from my mother tongue, Mizo, and "Sai" is a Maldivian word. Both mean "tea." There is a tradition of serving tea to guests who come to the house. It’s sacred to serve anyone who enters your home, showing that they are welcome and blessed to be there. This custom is a blend of my culture and Maldivian culture, which is why I call this drink "a cup of tea." The main purpose is about unity. As humans, we grow and develop, abandoning many bad practices and behaviours. Yet, we still need to focus on many things. I want to show the world that it doesn’t matter who you are, where you come from, or what your skin colour is. This world is our home. Just as we share a cup of tea in our homes, we humans should have unity and care for each other, making the world a better place to live. Ingredients: Hennessy V.S.O.P 45ml Chartreuse 15ml Black tea infused with fennel 90 ml From the left over of tea and fennel we make powder for dusting the cocktail Coconut spout Addu Bondi with Kanamadhu(Sea almond) and Jeymu (Jamaican cherry) Glassware: coconut shell 📽️ @mohamed.nashahh #hennessymyway#hennessey #cocktail #sustainability #zerowaste #passion #soneva#drinkresponsibly #+21
