It is a multi-part answer! For some roles, we have multiple openings for the same role type (insurance advisors and software engineers)! So while we've filled some, we opened up more. For others, they did just go up (like the Director of RevOps). Last but not least, the Senior Product Manager is a very unique role in our business that is taking a while to find the human we need. ✨ Have you done layoffs based on company performance? No, we have not. We are very careful in only hiring when we absolutely need more humans - this means all these roles are genuinely needed in the business and there is exciting work available from day 1. ✨ Can I apply from anywhere in the world? We are only looking for Canadian-based employees at this time. That said, you can be based anywhere in Canada and work from home or come into our TO office (totally optional to come in, no mandate, with no plans for one!). ✨ Do you like your job? Yes, I do. I genuinely mean it. The culture we've built at PolicyMe is pretty unique and I truly enjoy my every day here. We have incredible humans and I feel grateful to work alongside brilliant humble high achievers daily. ✨ Will I like a job at PolicyMe? I can't answer that for you!
