Keep your referral experience fantastic. It’s important to remember that a referral reflects not just on the person being referred, but also the person that made the referral. Every referral should make both the receiving and sending companies look great. That’s why we… • vet companies before and after they join the network • send referred customers feedback surveys about their experience with referred companies • track and record calls that referred customers make to Baton partners Ensuring a fantastic referral experience every time! 🔗 #BatonQuality #ReferralExcellence

🌶️ #SpicyMonday 🌶️ 𝗜𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗴𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗶𝘁, 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗳🤬 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗴𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗶𝘁!? I've been seeing a lot of discussion recently around #MSP incentivized referral programs as a method to drive more appointments and fill the funnel. But if you, the MSP owner, can't articulate your value to prospects...𝒉𝒐𝒘 𝒊𝒔 𝒂 𝒄𝒍𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝒈𝒐𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒐 𝒎𝒂𝒈𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍𝒍𝒚 🪄 𝒅𝒐 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒐𝒏 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒃𝒆𝒉𝒂𝒍𝒇? Maybe its not a lack of referrals...maybe its a lack of focus on what's being referred? 😱 Referrals are 𝗮𝘄𝗲𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲, and knowing who your brand advocates are and leveraging them to help drive your sales engine is critical. You also have to put in the work to make this type of strategy actually work for a services business...Work that you kinda cant get away with skipping 🥲 We've all seen it, the marketing program, agency, or buddy who did the <insert incentive here> referral program has 𝗬𝗮𝗰𝗵𝘁𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆™️ 🚤 now and we want a piece of that 💰. So we put the program in place, offer to pay for a month of support, or give them cash, etc. and then we wait....𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙩𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙣𝙤𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜. 😭 The part they leave out when they are boat-money-boasting, is that you have to put quite a bit of work into your client relationships and have a very clear understanding of what a good referral looks like for these programs to work well. These past few weeks I’ve been doing some research on client referral programs offered by companies around and thought I’d share why I'm convinced ours is hands down the best choice out there. Here’s the breakdown: - Higher Rewards: We believe in paying it forward—our program offers the most competitive referral bonuses. Your connections are valuable, and we reward you accordingly. - No Red Tape: While others might bog you down with (confusing) terms and conditions, our process is straightforward and transparent. No hidden clauses, just pure benefits. - Tailored Support: We don’t just take the referral(s) and run. We ensure your referral(s) gets the red-carpet treatment, guiding them through every step with top-notch support. - Impact-Driven: Every referral not only benefits you but also contributes to our community-driven initiatives. We’re making a difference, one referral at a time. Let’s connect if you’re interested in turning your network into a powerful resource. Let’s grow together

Referrals…….. I think this is the number one metric of the success of any service business. When somebody you trust says you should reach out to “this company” for help with this “service” the likelihood of closing the deal “for the referred company” triples. Which means that the best ROI you will have in Business Development comes from other people saying good things about you. So I ask you, what’s the best way to go about starting up a paid for referral program?
